Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: 10/08/2026 Last Updated: 10/08/2026

LumberJim, LLC is committed to making LumberJimEP.com (the "Site") accessible and usable for all visitors, including people with disabilities. We're actively working to improve the accessibility of our Site and welcome feedback from our visitors along the way.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to design and maintain our Site so that it can be navigated and understood by as many visitors as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use to access the web. This includes ongoing efforts around:

  • Providing text alternatives for images so their content can be understood by screen readers

  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast for readability

  • Ensuring the Site can be navigated using a keyboard, not just a mouse

  • Structuring content (headings, forms, and links) in a clear, logical way

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time fix, and we're currently in the early stages of reviewing and improving our Site with these goals in mind.

2. Known Limitations

As we continue to build and refine LumberJimEP.com, some areas of the Site may not yet fully meet accessibility best practices. We're actively addressing these as we go, and we appreciate your patience as improvements are rolled out.

3. Third-Party Content

Our Site may include content, tools, or embedded features from third parties (such as maps, e-commerce integrations, booking forms, or advertisements). While we select these tools with accessibility in mind where possible, we cannot always guarantee full accessibility of content that isn't directly built or controlled by us.

4. Feedback & Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our Site, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve, we want to hear from you. Please reach out and let us know:

  • What page or feature you were trying to access

  • What issue you ran into

  • The device or browser you were using, if known

Email: lumberjim.EP@gmail.com

We'll do our best to respond promptly and address the issue, and if you need assistance accessing information on our Site in an alternative way in the meantime, contact us and we'll work with you directly.

5. Ongoing Improvement

This statement reflects where we are today, and we intend to revisit and update our Site's accessibility as we continue building out LumberJimEP.com. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
